These grits are made from low country "Unicorn" red corn and are stone ground on Edisto Island, South Carolina. When they are milled the pink color is revealed. No chemicals, artificial colors or preservatives are used. The Unicorn pink grits are slightly sweet and soft. You can add a little lemon juice to help them get a little pinker when you cook them!
